Rectifier: In Bloom

To the world of Aelyria, you are known as an Angel, but to you, you're "Rectifier".

Regardless of the terminology, your role is the same. Save humanity from itself.

You find yourselves in a party of 7 men, all with their sinful...quirks.

Important Note: 

This is a side game to a planned full game, further exploring the world of Aelyria, your role as Rectifier, and the 7 men you travel with, and how it came to be that way. 

"Rectifier: In Bloom" serves to showcase this experience in media res, giving players a taste of what they can expect from the full game while providing a full experience. This is not a demo, it's a complete game.

There will potentially be other side games like this one to showcase the world and these characters again as we continue to develop the full game. 

Rectifier: In Bloom focuses on some side stories between the guys, where, along the way, you receive a flower from your guy of choice.

Demo vs Paid Version

The free demo includes all features below; however, it only contains 2 out of the 7 available routes, Greer and Lior

Stiles, Wren, Glyph, Percy, and Emile are only available with the paid version of the game. 

Content Warnings

"Rectifier: In Bloom" is a PG-13 experience as it contains: strong language, blood, violence, depictions of human trafficking, mentions of slavery, screen shakes, as well as sexual innuendo. 

Accessibility Options

• Screenshake toggle & Self-Voicing Toggle (Can also be turned on by pressing 'V'

• Dialogue Font Options (OpenDyslexic and Atkinson)

• 7 routes totaling over 105k words of content (10.5 hours, about 1-2 hours per route).

• 14 CG's (2 per route). 

• Have an Invisible or Visible Sprite! Play as a gorgeous, masculine, or feminine presenting Angel, or imagine yourself/your own OC in their place.

Play as you want to be seen!

• Gender Neutral Pronouns for MC

Regardless of how you, the player, present, the MC will always be referred to with they/them pronouns. There is no stopping you from imagining your MC  with any other pronouns, but as an Angel who can change their shape at will, gender is of little to no concern to them.

• Asexual friendly options!

Your specific MC can play as an explicitly asexual character if they so choose. This will not negatively affect your romance in the slightest. One of the love interests, Stiles, is on the ace spectrum himself. 

• No walkthroughs needed, there are no Bad Endings or Bad Choices!

That doesn't mean there is no drama or conflict, however, far from in fact. This just enables you to have a fun adventure with your man of choice without stressing over how to get the ending you came for. Feel free to explore different options with no sweat, the only "right" choice is down to what choices you prefer.

• Each route can be played at least 3 times for a different romantic dynamic! 

Each choice gives you a Red, Green, or Blue variation; these are essentially 3 distinct personalities the MC can slip into. 

• Red allows you to be more forward, flirty, or harsh with your man of choice. You pull no punches; what you see is what you get.
• Green often takes the wind out of your guy's sails and forces them to speak more clearly with you. You also tend to pick up more than your red and blue counterparts.
• Blue can bring out the best in everyone. Even the embodiment of the 7 sins themselves. Your authenticity often melts the hearts of those around you.

This allows all 7 routes to have replayability! Totaling for 21 distinct experiences! Not counting Grey choices that can further customize your experience.

For example, you can romance Percy, someone who is obsessed with the MC, by being aggressive either against or for his flirting as a Red MC. 

Or be completely oblivious to it as a Green MC. 

Or for the masochists out there, enable his yandere behavior as a Blue MC.

The choice is truly yours to make! 

Note: All love interests and the player character have superpowers or "marked abilities" as they're known in Aelyria.

The main character has the power to nullify other marked abilities at will. 

D. Greer (1st character available for free in our demo)

More than the embodiment of Greed. Greer is a former pirate captain and current member of the criminal syndicate known as "Espectros". Gold doesn't just line this man's pockets, but his heart as well. And yet, he's never revealed his true name or face to you...he doesn't seem keen on the idea either.

Marked Ability: Greer can phase through solid objects, as long as he can hold his breath, that is. 

Lior (2nd character available for free in our demo)

More than the embodiment of Lust, Lior is a silly, mischievous bard; he has a fondness for music, monsters, and mankind at large. If you put up with his day-to-day theatrics underneath the glitz and glamour, you might fight a man worth making a home with.

Marked Ability: Lior can make up to three copies of himself and others, though he doesn't like to do the latter...

Stiles

More than the embodiment of Sloth. Stiles is a prominent doctor and a former noble of Jaqulier White. As the oldest in the party, he possesses wit as sharp as his surgical knife. Eloquent and equanimous, Stiles is no stranger to big words complementing his collected demeanor. Beneath that exterior lies a kind, fragile nature ready to be unraveled. 

Marked Ability: Stiles can use telekinesis on anything that he can physically carry with his strength.

Glyph

More than the embodiment of Gluttony. Glyph is the ambassador of the half-animal, half-human race known as Aniterrans. As a wolf hybrid (or Lycan) Glyph is often feared by humans, though he couldn't be more friendly or charming. The only danger Glyph poses is to your food stash. 

Marked Ability: Glyph has an iron stomach and can eat anything, even poisonous things. In addition, as an Aniterran, Glyph has incredible hearing, smell, and is incredibly fast and strong. 

Wren

More than the embodiment of Wrath. Wren is a battle-hardened soldier and half-demon who, like the others, has a tumultuous past. He wants nothing more than to keep his people safe. Or at least that's what he says; his actions tend to contradict his words as he claims this is all just a mission for him, and yet despite his fearsome demeanor, he is ever so doting and gentle when it comes to you...An Angel.

Marked Ability: Wren has skin as hard as stone; he doesn't have a single scar to show for all his many years as a soldier. 

Percy

More than the embodiment of Pride. Percy is a faithful servant of the Western faith of Aelyria. He's devoted to Nephelims (Angels), and specifically you and your cause from the moment he met you. You seem to be one of the only people he is remotely kind or polite to, even over himself. Will you allow such a divisive personality to serve you?

Marked Ability: Percy possesses the ability he calls 'Mantra', a verbal, compelling ability to make any user do as he says for one minute.
 

Emile

More than the embodiment of Envy. Emile is a Nephelim just like yourself, as well as a former Rectifier. He has long fallen from grace and come upon hard times. Even so, he's quite a tentative individual who just wants to do the right thing. At least, that's how he appears.

Marked Ability: Emile can make himself invisible for as long as he pleases, though if he loses concentration, it'll lose its effectiveness.
